Gameday staff recognition
The Chicago Bears take pride in the gameday experience that we present for our fans. We have very high standards of customer service, and require all of our staff to adopt our “Fans First” attitude. All employees working at Soldier Field for Bears games have been extensively trained, and all have pledged to uphold these high standards.
